We worked alongside the directors and staff to create a new spatial design for the traditional shop-fronted unit, opening up the layout and using glazed screens to partition the space. We created a quieter staff-focused area to the rear whilst keeping the front of the space open and welcoming to the public, with a light and inclusive atmosphere and breakout areas for staff to engage with clients in a more relaxed and current style. 

The design aesthetic drew inspiration from the heritage and rural aspect of the company’s property portfolio, with a touch of eclectic richness and detail to elevate the space. The main focus was to create an environment that welcomes, inspires and calms the client, whilst searching for, or selling, their own property. 

We are currently working on the design and renovation of Armitstead Barnett Burscough.
